Credit Springs Estates, also known as Young Court, is a luxury subdivision of 52 homes on the Southeast end of Orangeville with large 2-storey and bungalow estates on lots up to 1 acre. Surrounding the subdivision is conservation land protected by Caledon ESA. Berkshire homes began development here in 2007 and finished in 2008. Most of the homes are energy efficient and many of them have walkouts.
