MONTGOMERY VILLAGE

A Versatile Neighbourhood With Homes of all Sizes, For Every Family, on the West End of Orangeville!

Montgomery Village was the first neighbourhood to be built in what is now known as Orangeville's 'West End.' It is made up of two phases divided by Riddell Rd., the second of which is Sherwood Trails. Development began in 1995 with the construction of 2-storey townhouses and detached homes on alternating one-way streets. Construction continued into 2003, expanding to the West with larger homes on larger lots.

Montgomery Village is great for all types of buyers. The smaller homes are great (and affordable) for first time buyers as well as empty nesters, and the larger homes are perfect for growing families! The conveniences of living in the 'West End' cannot be understated. Montgomery Village is conveniently located close to shopping and dining on Riddell Rd. The neighbourhood also offers Hayley Park and Tweedy Park, as well as nearby Alder Parkland (sports fields including a BMX Park), and the Recreation Centre, which offers pools, ice pads, a walking track, multi-purpose rooms, a library, eateries, and more.
